Questions of  Jesus

Join us as we ponder the questions of Jesus and their meaning in our lives today.

Our Speaker:  Gayle Kerr  

    Gayle has been involved in the ministry of Spiritual Direction and retreat leadership for the past 15 years.  She just recently retired as a spiritual director at the Middleton Center for Pastoral Care and Counseling in Pennsylvania. Gayle received her Masters Degree in Holistic Spiritual Direction from Chestnut Hill College.

    Prior to joining the Middleton Center, Gayle served for eight years as the Director of Christian Education at First Presbyterian Church of Lansdowne, PA, where she has also served as an Elder and a Deacon.

    Gayle is recently retired and currently living on Cape Cod in MA.

 Location:

 Mariawald is located just outside Shillington, PA, near Reading, and is approximately 2 hours from Freehold. 

Directions and more detailed information will be sent to you a few weeks prior to the retreat.   Feel free to drive up early and enjoy the area's scenery, dining, outlet shopping and antiquing.

 All women are invited to join us!  Invite a friend to relax with us, in God's presence, surrounded by the beauty of the woods in autumn.

Lodging

      Mariawald provides 15 large bedrooms on two stories.  Each room can house 2-3 guests and has a private bath.  There is an elevator to the second floor.  There are full kitchen and laundry facilities on each floor for your convenience. The lounge area is available for sessions,

worship, and social gatherings.

Lodge

      Meals include breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday.  They are served in the dining room of the Main House - about 500 feet away from the Center.
