We are joyful that programs at the First Presbyterian Church of Freehold have been well attended for years.  The unfortunate consequence of the enthusiastic participation is that our facilities have become slightly crowded,  limiting programming and future growth.  After several years of discussing possibilities the Session appointed a task force to look into ways to expand or better utilize our facilities.  After researching the options, the members of the Task Force came up with a preliminary plan which they presented to Session.  Session was impressed with the possibilities and authorized the Task Force to engage the services of an architect to evaluate the feasibility and cost of the different options.  The results of the architects study was presented to Session and subsequently to the congregation for  approval. 

    We have since completed a successful fundraising campaign, completed detailed plans and solicited bids from contractors.  For current status and updates please take a look at the Task Force Update page.
