The 30 Hour Famine is an international youth movement to fight hunger. It will bring your group closer together and to God, feed hungry children, and change our world forever.

Are you ready to FAST for FOOD?

Kids just like you are seeing their friends and families die from hunger - 29,000 every day, gone for good. They're counting on you to care. Do you care? I know your own life is busy, but do you have room to care for someone else as well? If so, you should Fast for Food.

Our Thanks go out to those who have or are supporting the 30 Hour Famine and those who participate in it!

For all of you who have or are supporting the 30 Hour Famine, Thank you. Here's some of what you've helped accomplished:

bulletYou're responsible for helping feed and care for thousands of children worldwide.

bulletYour support has enabled youth to use the Famine as an effective tool to reach others.

bulletBecause of you, teen group leaders and school clubs have used the Famine as a means for developing personal growth and leadership skills for their youth

Starting Midnight Friday, January 26, 2007 the Sr. High youth (C.H.A.O.S.) from First Presbyterian Church of Freehold began their 30 hour fast.  The pictures below show some of the activities that the youth participated in to help raise the awareness of the hunger problem.  Oh, the bowling was just for fun.  They ended their fast Sunday morning with communion and a special breakfast.

Then Sunday morning - Communion to break the fast.
